Lock & Key Survey Giveaway Terms & Conditions 

1. Entry and Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 

• Employees and immediate families of Lock & Key and affiliated companies are ineligible to enter. 

• Participants must thoughtfully complete the entire survey to qualify. 

2. Giveaway Details

• Each eligible participant who completes the survey thoughtfully and in full will receive one (1) bonus screwdriver and one (1) pinning mat, with a combined retail value of $49.99. 

• Maximum of one set of bonus items per person. 

• Bonus items are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

3. Distribution of Bonus Items

• Bonus items will be provided with the participant’s next order placed with Lock & Key after the survey closes. 

• Lock & Key reserves the right to distribute bonus items earlier at its discretion. 

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants agree that all information provided in the survey will be accurate and truthful. 

• By participating, entrants consent to Lock & Key using their responses for internal purposes and potential promotional activities. 

5. General Conditions

• Lock & Key reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the survey and giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. 

• Lock & Key’s decisions regarding eligibility and distribution of bonus items are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 

6. Liability and Release

• Lock & Key accepts no responsibility for technical issues or any entries not received. 

• Entrants release Lock & Key from all liabilities, claims, or damages arising from participation in the survey and giveaway.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
